The Assessor has completed the 2017 re-evaluation of assessments on all properties in the Town of Perry.

Notices of preliminary assessment changes will be mailed to residents on Friday, 2/2/18.

Comps for property sales taking place in the last three years have been provided (to the right) for review if you disagree with your proposed asssessment. 

Office Hours:

The Assessor is at the Perry Town Hall on Mondays (9am-noon & 1-5pm) and the Castile Town Hall on Thursdays (9am-noon & 1-4:30pm).

When is Grievance Day?

Grievance Day is the first Monday in June.
Residents wishing to address the Board of Assessment Review should make an appoinment with the Assessor.
