PUBLIC NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY given that the Town of Perry is accepting sealed bids for a 2008 Ford F-250 Super Duty XL pickup declared as surplus. The truck has four wheel drive, an 8' box and is an automatic with a 5.4 V8 engine and 93,000 miles. It also has air conditioning, power windows, power locks and includes an 8' 6" V-plow. The truck is offered in 'as is' condition.
The truck may be viewed by appointment only – contact the Deputy Highway Superintendent, Mike Post, at 585-237-2471.
Bids will be received at the Perry Town Hall, 22 South Main Street, PO Box 205, Perry, NY 14530 until 4:00pm on Wednesday, April 10, 2019.
All sealed bids must include a non-collusion statement, attached or available at the Town Hall. Bidders will be responsible for any and all taxes affiliated with award of bid. The Town of Perry reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
