NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
TOWN OF PERRY
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing of the Town Board will be held at the Town Hall of the Town of Perry located at 22 South Main Street, Perry, New York on the 10th day of February, 2026.
The public hearing shall commence at 7:00 P.M. to give citizens the opportunity to go before the Town Board to consider the adoption of a proposed local law entitled: "Solar Energy Systems Law." The purpose of this law is to establish clear guidelines and standards for the development of Solar Energy Systems in the Town of Perry, which are designed to protect the health, safety, welfare and character of the community, while maintaining the Town of Perry's rural characteristics through responsible solar siting and land use protections.
ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN THE SUBJECT MATTER OF THIS HEARING WILL BE ENTITLED TO BE HEARD AT THE TIME AND PLACE THEREOF
A copy of the proposed local law is available for review on the Town Website and at the Town Clerk's Office during regular office hours.
